Our Local Fish Business
The seafood supply chain is complex and fish can change hands many times before arriving in your kitchen. Often restaurants receive their fish days or even weeks after it is caught. Water2Table’s premium fish is picked up directly from fishermen, and their local receivers, then delivered directly to your kitchen allowing you to present seafood to your guests at peak freshness within a day or two of being caught.
From April to November we focus on buying the best seasonally available local hook & line fish directly from fisherman and to deliver directly to restaurant kitchens.
We focus PRIMARILY on the following LOCAL California Species*
Chili Pepper Rockfish & other small inshore Rockfish
Day Boat Albacore
Locally foraged seaweeds
To compliment our local premium hook & line products and to fill your menus in the winter monrhs we also carefully select responsibly farmed seafood that is both of high quality and limits impact on the environment. Additionally, we carry a wide selection of responsibly produced products from around the US and abroad.
