Water2Table Fish Company was started by restaurant veterans, Andi and Joe Conte in 2011. A San Francisco native with 25 years in the restaurant industry and 40 years of recreational fishing experience, Joe was keenly aware that most fish sold to Bay Area restaurants was not coming from small boat, hook & line fishermen. Joe and Andi set out to change that - bridging the connection between Bay Area Chefs and our local fishing fleet.

Water2Table originally started with only five local species of fish sold whole, but our business quickly grew into providing full filleting services and other high quality items such as shellfish, lobsters, scallops, etc. to restaurants across the Bay Area. When the pandemic hit, we quickly pivoted to home delivery - unloading fresh catches at Pier 45 in San Francisco and transporting them directly to Bay Area homes.

We are committed to providing quality, fresh fish that is traceable and sustainable. It’s as simple as that. Stay tuned as we continue to find other ways to support our local fishing fleet and get their catches directly to you! Thank you for your support!

To compliment our local premium hook & line products and to fill your menus in the winter months, we carefully select responsibly farmed seafood that is both high quality and limits impact on the environment. Additionally, we carry a wide selection of responsibly produced goods from around the US and abroad. We are happy to help you plan your next menu and discuss what seasonal products are best suited for your applications.
